Sbanga & Thembi are the founding senior pastors of HHI Brisbane Church and are blessed with three children. Having arrived in Australia from Zimbabwe in June 2006, they planted the church in November 2007 through street evangelism in the Woolloongabba and surrounding suburbs. Prior to planting the church in Brisbane, Pastor Sbanga pastored two HHI Churches in Zimbabwe and had also co-founded and pioneered a dynamic inter-denominational youth ministry in that nation.



Pastor Sbanga’s ministry has been deeply characterized with the ministry of the Holy Spirit in various forms with a strong prophetic persuasion. He is a leader, a visionary, a pastor, a revivalist, a motivational speaker whose heart is to see the manifestation of God’s kingdom on earth. He, together with his wife, recently pioneered the establishment of HHI School of ministry currently with enrolled students in 3 different continents!



Pastor Thembi’s ministry has been proven over time to be quite prophetic and deeply rooted in worship. With an inclination to prayer, Thembi is an exhorter with a deep sense on spiritual matters and has a healing ministry embedded in her. Very compassionate and family oriented, Thembi is the leader of Maximised Lifestyle International, a ladies ministry within HHI which seeks to produce the best out of a woman/girl.
